Discovering Supergirl is still alive (though with superpowers that come and go at random), StarFire intends to lure her to a trap where dead Derek's twin brother Rodney (who believes Kara killed his brother) can shoot her with a more potent version of the powers-stealing drug, leaving her totally-powerless!
